Blood test - Fatigue B12

€55.00

Problem: Vitamin B12 deficiency and iron deficiency can both lead to fatigue and weakness. Vitamin B12 is essential for the production of red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout our body. A deficiency in vitamin B12 can lead to a form of anemia known as pernicious anemia. This can cause symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, dizziness and shortness of breath.

Iron is also necessary for the production of red blood cells. A deficiency in iron can lead to anemia, meaning there are not enough red blood cells to carry oxygen around our body. This can also cause symptoms such as fatigue, weakness and dizziness.

It's important to keep your vitamin B12 and iron levels at healthy levels, as a deficiency in these nutrients can lead to fatigue and weakness, as well as other long-term health problems.
