Magnesium: Magnesium is a mineral of great importance to the body. It plays a role in maintaining healthy heart function, promoting muscle relaxation and regulating metabolism. A magnesium deficiency can lead to fatigue, muscle cramps and reduced sports performance. That's why it's important to measure magnesium levels in the blood and make sure it stays at healthy levels.

Vitamin D3: Vitamin D3 is an essential vitamin that the body needs to absorb and use calcium to build strong bones. It also plays a role in maintaining a healthy immune system and regulating muscle function. A deficiency of vitamin D3 can lead to weak bones, muscle weakness and fatigue. Thus, measuring vitamin D3 levels in the blood is important to ensure that the body has enough of this important vitamin.

Testosterone: Testosterone is a hormone produced naturally in the body and is important for muscle building, strength and endurance. A testosterone deficiency can lead to decreased muscle mass, increased body fat and fatigue. Measuring the testosterone level in the blood is important to detect any abnormalities and correct them in order to achieve optimal sports performance.

Iron: Iron is an essential mineral that the body needs to transport oxygen to the muscles. A deficiency of iron can lead to fatigue, shortness of breath and reduced sports performance. Measuring iron levels in the blood is therefore important to ensure adequate iron intake and optimal sports performance.

Triglycerides: Triglycerides are a type of fat that circulates in the blood and can lead to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease. Measuring triglyceride levels in the blood is therefore important to ensure a healthy heart and circulatory system and to achieve optimal sports performance.
